Salem Women's Clinic

Medically Supervised

Weight Loss

If you’re like most overweight adults, you’ve tried dieting before.

Here’s a fact: diets alone do not work. If they did, we wouldn’t have an obesity epidemic in our country, with skyrocketing rates of type II Diabetes as a consequence.

The problem with a traditional diet is that it lacks a guiding hand. With our program, you will be assigned to a health coach—one that is right here at Salem Women’s Clinic—who will give you the tools for long-term success.

Our program works in three phases:

Assessment

First, we’ll evaluate your physical health to ensure you are a candidate for the program. We’ll then talk about your needs and customize a program for you.

Weight-Loss Phase

You’ll eat five pre-designed meals per day and one meal of your own making. During this phase you can lose up to 2 to 5 pounds per week.

Optimal Health Phase

Some people say that keeping the weight off is harder than losing it in the first place. With our program, you will learn about a healthy lifestyle for lifelong health and weight loss maintenance. We will guide you as you develop these lifelong healthy habits.

Balanced nutrition + health coach

Our program takes the worry out of portion control and calorie counting by using balanced, nutritious pre-designed meals. These meals are low-calorie, low-fat, and balanced in protein and carbohydrates. They are fortified with 24 or more essential vitamins and minerals.

Your health coach understands what you’re going through: many of our coaches have used the program and achieved personal success, and they are here to provide you with one-on-one support to help you achieve your goal.

FAQs

We're here to answer your questions and concerns, just send us an email.

  • Where can I buy the meals?

When you enroll in the program through Salem Women’s Clinic, we’ll give you access to a website specifically for purchasing your meals and for tracking your individual progress.

  • How much does it cost?

The meals cost approximately $250 – 300 per month. When you add up how much money you spend per month on coffees, snacks, and other unhealthy food, these meals are very reasonably priced. The only groceries you need to purchase is for the one meal of your making.

Our health coaching services are free. We only charge for your initial medical visits, which may be covered by insurance plans. It is recommended that you see us weekly when you first begin the program.

After you become healthy with our program, you may want to become a coach. Ask us about becoming a coach and getting paid to help your family and friends get healthy.

  • Do I have to count calories and attend meetings?
I don’t have time for that!

Nope! No shopping. No cooking. No counting. This program is ideal for busy lifestyles.

  • How often do I check in with my health coach? Is it by phone, in person, or email?

Typical coaching is by phone or email. For the first few days of the program you’ll talk with your coach daily, then weekly for the first month, and as needed after the first month. Each coaching session takes less than 5 minutes per day.

You will need to visit Salem Women’s Clinic at least once every month for weight checks and more frequently if needed.

  • Is this program safe?

The program is backed by controlled studies that show its efficacy. Over one million customers have safely used this program. There are no pills or diet drugs. It is a lifestyle change, designed by physicians, for long-term results.
