Referrals / Authorization
Upon receiving a referral/authorization request, our Referral Coordinator will contact your insurance provider for authorization. If approved or if no authorization is required, we will send your referral to the Specialist with the appropriate chart notes. Either the Specialist's office will call to schedule an appointment, or we will schedule the appointment for you. Depending on approval from your insurance, your referral should be completed in approximately 5 business days.
Insurance Coverage
When having a procedure done at our office or by one of our providers, we will contact your insurance to verify coverage. You will also be notified, prior to the procedure, of your financial responsibility. We will request an authorization for your procedure if one is needed.

*After-hours Phone Call Policy: if you call our after-hours answering service for inappropriate reasons, you may be charged $25. Inappropriate after-hours calls include canceling appointments, refilling prescriptions, asking general non-urgent questions.
